Priscilla Waugh, also a New Zealander, is a distinguished and award-winning travel writer whose work has appeared in the Independent, Telegraph and Guardian newspapers and in magazines both in Britain and abroad. She is a fervent campaigner for the Arts and the Environment and her writing has been translated into several European languages and used as a teaching aid for foreign students of English.
